Wow, really felt transformed from my decision to take Quinn's month course on getting in touch with my autonomic nervous system. She is warm, welcoming, engaging but also a thoughtful yogi, educator and human. Thanks for a beautiful experience. ... Peace Quinnread more

I started taking class with Quinn a few months ago and I couldn't be happier. I regularly attend her Active Yoga on Tue and her Yin Yoga on Wed: in both of them she is gentle, provides lots of variations and is also genuinely fun! Class size is... small which allows me to ask questions and get feedback, and which contributes to a friendly and cozy atmosphere. Finally, I can't stress enough how much I love all those moments in which she invites us to pay attention to small movements, or to a tiny specific part of the body and learn more about it and how it functions. Her approach is a blissful combination of experience, knowledge and care!read more

Glad I've been able to connect with Quinn for private and free live yoga classes online this year. It's been helpful to stay active and get some exercise/stretching in while were in lockdown. Thanks!

I have been interested in yoga since college, but never gave myself the time to pursue it due to time conflicts or having difficulty with yoga poses which made me feel discouraged. I have now been practicing yoga with Quinn for about ~2 months via... Zoom sessions & her YouTube channel. Her videos are very straight-forward with clear explanations and good flow. During private Zoom sessions, she is very attentive to detail, was able to make yoga fit my body (modifying poses to accommodate my weak knees & helping curate specific stretches to help tightness), and has been very patient with me exploring what yoga means to me. I always feel more relaxed mentally & physically after completing these yoga sessions! Her group Zoom sessions also have the same level of care & detail. I recommend Quinn for anyone interested in yoga & wanting to explore what all yoga has to offer!read more

I would follow Quinn to the end of the yoga world. She is an attentive instructor who accepts any of her student’s limitations or preferences with grace and kindness. No judgement ever.I particularly love her yin yoga class. I didn’t t think I... would like it, but I’m a convert now, going as often as possible. It’s quiet but powerful. Try it!Quinn does a talking meditation at the end that is a calming moment before you re-enter the everyday world. It’s more

I have had so many great sessions with Quinn. I always come out feeling relaxed and uplifted. She is soulfully and spiritually attuned to get a practice started with an inspiration and a motivation toward my goals. No judgement, no comparison: it's... where are you, and where do you want to go? She has an intuitive, studied and precise understanding of anatomy. Her yin classes manifest an awesome command of muscle and tissue. Her cues are clear and insightful. It has been said that "timing is everything." Truth is "sequencing" is in a tie for first place. It is quite revealing to be instructed by someone who can see my struggles and suggest the adjustments that address what is going on with me - so much better than I can see myself. My goals have been about centering, alignment and finding that place of stillness and peace within myself, body and soul. Quinn's welcoming, informed and genuinely caring style and manner have helped me immensely with those more

Love Quinn! She is an amazing teacher to a fairly new and inexperienced yogi. Her calm and present demeanor lend so well to her relaxing and invigorating yin yoga. It was quite an emotional experience for me (in a great way!) and she guided me... through it all making me feel safe and cared for. She truly has a unique gift and is extremely knowledgeable about yoga and all its practices and you can tell this is her life’s passion. Such a pleasure to be guided by her and can’t wait to do it again!read more
