5:30-6:30p Hatha Flow (The People’s Yoga SE)
I’m subbing for Linnea tonight at The People’s Yoga SE Hawthorne.
Flowing sequences incorporating some longer holds, this class is an accessible mix of Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga principles. Hatha, with its focus on alignment, anatomy, body mechanics, and mindfulness, is combined beautifully with Vinyasa, a faster paced practice with movements and poses connected to the breath.
